Who is PPE Warrior?

Our parent company founded in 1998 in Shreveport, Louisiana, Endara Enterprises is a minority-owned female led company. Its sister company PPE Warrior Inc is a minority owned company that specializes in cutting-edge Medical, Industrial Safety, and PPE supplies. Each Clean & Safe® Office System package includes the right mix of products to keep your workplace and your employees safe, complying with the recommendations set forth by the CDC and OSHA.

How do you decide what’s in each starter package?

PPE Warrior has a formula that considers office square footage, number of employees, number of customers you interface with and the frequency of cleaning—and in the case of multiple offices, number of offices. Each starter kit meets both CDC and OSHA recommendations for returning to work safely, which includes each of six components: disinfectants/sanitizers/wipes, sprayers and atomizers, AI thermometers, smart dispensers and stands, masks/gloves/garments, and office signs/separators/information. Once the starter kit is identified, PPE Warrior puts together a recurring subscription of PPE supplies to last 30 days, which companies can adjust and customize based on average usage. This subscription provides the right quantities, based on the size and scope of your office(s), and the right products that meet the six components of the CDC’s Guide to Returning to Business to keep your workplace safety compliant and prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.

How do I enroll in the Clean & Safe® Office System?

How much am I saving by being a part of ACA’s Clean & Safe Office System Powered by PPE Warrior?

Do ACA members automatically get a discount on PPE Warrior clean office solutions?

ACA members should always order through the aca.ppewarrior.com web site to view customized packages and discounts.

If I cancel my ACA membership, will my Clean & Safe Office System account be cancelled as well?

Stop billing, Disabled through ACA, keep you compliant, but they can set up their own PPE Warrior account by calling 1-800-425-0767 or by contacting us through our online chat service.

How do I manage my account?

When you sign up for the Clean & Safe® Office System, you will need to enter ACA membership ID, which will serve as your username—if you do not know your ACA membership ID, please contact ACA Member Services at 1-800-269-1607 or through their online form here. You’ll be asked to create a password. Upon entering aca.ppewarrior.com web site, simply log in using, your ACA membership ID and password. You’ll be able to view and access packages, add products, and update your billing or other information on file with PPE Warrior.

How do I manage a scheduled shipment date or order?

Your initial order, consisting of a Clean & Safe® Office System starter package (small, mid-size or large) will be shipped upon completion of enrollment. A subscription order will be created serving as your 30-day replenishment, which will be mailed to you 30 days after your enrollment. This is your subscription order. If you don’t edit your subscription order or change your shipping date, you will receive the same products in your replenishment order every 30 days from your enrollment date. You may change your subscription order up to one day prior to scheduled shipment by logging in to your account and clicking on “Edit Subscription Cart.”

Is there a limit to how many orders I can place each month?

There is no limit. You can place as many orders as you would like during a single month.

Can I ship to multiple office locations?

Yes, you are able to indicate multiple shipping addresses and break up subscriptions across office locations.

What are the dates I can select as my shipping date for my subscription order?

You can pick any date beyond the 30-day shipping window. Log into your account, click “My Account,” then click “Manage my Account” to view your order, and select “Edit Order Date.”

I accidentally purchased the wrong products—how do I cancel this order?

If you have made a purchase by mistake, please contact customer service for additional assistance via phone at 1-800-425-0767 or through our online chat service at aca.ppewarrior.com.

Can I purchase my scheduled subscription order immediately—in other words, move up the date of my order?

Yes. To purchase your Clean & Safe® Office System order immediately, log into your account, click “My Account,” then click “Manage my Account” to view your order, and select “Edit Order Date.” Select ‘Buy Now’ to place an order immediately and confirm your shipping, billing and product information.

What do I do if my credit card is declined?

You will receive an email from our customer service team letting you know that we were not able to process your order and requesting that you update your billing information. 

How do I cancel my Clean & Safe Office System account?

You may cancel your Clean & Safe® Office System account up to one day prior to your scheduled ship date. Log in to your account, click “My Account,” then click “Manage my Account,” and select “Cancel My Account.” Canceling your Clean & Safe® Office System account discontinues your 20% off member discount on all purchases, subscription orders, and all benefits associated with the ACA/PPE Warrior Clean & Safe® Office System.

What is your return policy?

With a 20+ year track record of success, PPE Warrior’s Clean & Safe® Office System meets CDC standards for the fight against COVID-19 and other viruses and is backed with a satisfaction guarantee. We stand by our products and are committed to establishing a culture of support during this pandemic and beyond. If you’re not completely satisfied with your PPE Warrior order, you can chat online with one of our customer service representatives or call 1-800-425-0767 to speak with sales support. We will offer a full refund or replace any damaged product within 60 days from the date of purchase. When it comes to health and safety, we are in this together!
